- Manage patient check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding services and procedures
- Maintain clinic reception area cleanliness and organization
- Assist with patient registration and documentation
- Coordinate with dental staff for smooth patient flow
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries
- Implement clinic safety protocols and hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year customer service or front desk experience
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional appearance and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn dental service procedures
