- Welcoming customers warmly and providing a high level of customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Assisting customers in finding products that meet their specific needs and budget through product recommendations.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restocking shelves and maintaining the visual appeal of the store according to company standards.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and store goals.
- Performing basic operational tasks such as inventory checks, price verification, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
