Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers promptly as they enter the establishment.
- Provide detailed product information and resolve customer inquiries or concerns effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area at all times.
- Manage daily transactions accurately and handle cash or digital payments with integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operational workflows throughout the shift.
- Uphold company standards for service excellence and brand representation.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduate preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (retail, restaurant, or service industry) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to helping others.
- Basic proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and general computer use.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Professional appearance and a commitment to punctuality.
