Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet all members and guests upon entry to create a welcoming gym atmosphere.
- Manage member check-ins, registration, and administrative inquiries efficiently.
- Provide detailed information regarding membership packages, gym facilities, and ongoing promotions to prospective members.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area to ensure a top-tier gym experience.
- Collaborate with the fitness and sales teams to facilitate smooth member onboarding and retention.
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks and reporting as required by gym management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the fitness industry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and friendly attitude.
- Passionate about a healthy lifestyle and the fitness industry.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for membership management systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to member satisfaction.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Pekanbaru, Riau.
