Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly to create a positive first impression.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features of ERAFONE and XIAOMI devices.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and budget.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests professionally.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Friendly, approachable, and energetic personality.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use a smartphone.
- Physically fit and available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
- Willing to undergo training and learn about the latest mobile technology.
