Are you passionate about fitness and customer service? X Team Gym is looking for an energetic and professional Frontliner to be the face of our facility in DI Yogyakarta. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in shaping our member experience, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, motivated, and supported in their fitness journey.

Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet all members and guests upon entry to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Manage member check-ins, registrations, and inquiries with high professional standards.
- Provide detailed information regarding gym memberships, class schedules, and facility rules.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and monitor gym floor traffic.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of member accounts using our gym management software.
- Address member feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or reception roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
- Passionate about the health and fitness industry.
- Ability to work in a flexible shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
