As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you play a pivotal role in shaping their journey with Sozo Skin. We are looking for an individual who is not only a beauty enthusiast but also a confident communicator capable of providing expert product education and driving sales through a consultative approach. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, informed, and inspired.

Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and assist all clinic visitors with a professional and warm demeanor.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and education to help customers choose the best skincare solutions for their needs.
- Execute daily sales targets and promote clinic promotions/packages effectively.
- Manage front-desk operations, including scheduling, patient registration, and appointment tracking.
- Maintain high standards of clinic cleanliness and product display aesthetics.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure total satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and manage daily sales reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses a well-groomed appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills for administrative tasks.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule (including weekends and public holidays).
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Passionate about the skincare and beauty industry.
