Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating products.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash, card, and other payment transactions.
- Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring proper product rotation, display, and pricing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, aisles, and display areas.
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming merchandise deliveries against invoices.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including stock counts and identifying discrepancies.
- Support promotional activities and merchandising efforts to enhance product visibility.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail, F&B, or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the retail sector.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
