Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating products.
  • Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash, card, and other payment transactions.
  • Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring proper product rotation, display, and pricing.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, aisles, and display areas.
  • Receive, unpack, and verify incoming merchandise deliveries against invoices.
  • Assist in inventory management tasks, including stock counts and identifying discrepancies.
  • Support promotional activities and merchandising efforts to enhance product visibility.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a retail, F&B, or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the retail sector.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
