Are you an expert in infrastructure permitting and project coordination? YOFC International is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented FTTH Permit PIC to join our expanding network deployment team in Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be the bridge between our engineering team and local stakeholders, ensuring the seamless acquisition of permits necessary for our Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) expansion projects.
As the primary point of contact for cluster permits, you will navigate local regulatory landscapes, manage application timelines, and mitigate risks that could impact project deployment schedules. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced telecommunications environment and possesses the negotiation skills required to build strong relationships with local authorities, property management firms, and community leaders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison between YOFC and local government bodies, environmental agencies, and building management for permit acquisition.
- Manage the end-to-end permit application process for FTTH cluster deployments, from document preparation to final approval.
- Monitor and track the status of all permit applications, ensuring compliance with local laws and internal project timelines.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or regulatory issues that may delay fiber installation.
- Prepare detailed weekly reports on permit status, milestones achieved, and forecasted risks for project management.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all permits, site agreements, and stakeholder correspondence.
- Conduct site surveys as needed to support permit documentation requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure permitting, land acquisition, or project coordination within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong knowledge of local government regulations and administrative processes in Sumatera Utara.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently in the field and adapt to changing site requirements.
- Fluency in Indonesian is required; professional proficiency in English is highly preferred.
