Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate tracking from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and shipping providers to ensure timely and accurate order releases.
- Maintain and update accurate records of all assigned orders and inventory status within the system.
- Resolve any order discrepancies or issues immediately to prevent delays and ensure client satisfaction.
- Verify shipping documentation, labels, and packaging to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their order status and delivery schedules.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to streamline fulfillment operations and reduce errors.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
