Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes for packaging products
- Coordinate delivery schedules and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfillment or customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
