Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer delivery deadlines
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while preventing stockouts
- Develop and implement logistics processes aligned with company KPIs
- Lead and train fulfillment teams to maintain high operational standards
- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation partners for smooth logistics flow
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all warehouse activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/distribution management
- Proven track record in meeting logistics KPIs and SLAs
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS) and logistics software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of logistics regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
