In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, managing end-to-end accounting processes. You will work closely with management to ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities accurately and within deadlines.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements for management review.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, petty cash, and inter-company transactions.
  • Ensure timely submission of SST/GST and other statutory tax filings.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
  • Provide support to management regarding financial analysis and cash flow forecasting.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, LCCI, etc.).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in handling full set of accounts.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations.
  • Meticulous, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate financial data effectively.
  • Experience in the forwarding, logistics, or customs brokerage industry is a significant advantage.
