Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full set accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely vendor payments and collections
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and tax documentation
  • Handle administrative tasks including office management, record-keeping, and correspondence
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and intercompany transactions
  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional certification (ACCA/CIMA preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in full set accounting and administrative functions
  • Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
  • Deep understanding of Singapore FRS and tax regulations (GST, corporate tax)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to financial detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English
