Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
- Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow management
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employee salaries
- Handle tax compliance and submission requirements
- Coordinate with auditors during annual financial audits
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full set accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
- Attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
