- Develop and maintain end-to-end automation workflows for marketing campaigns
- Create, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages using modern frameworks
- Integrate and customize CRM systems to streamline customer journey management

- Monitor system health and performance using advanced monitoring tools

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/Node.js/React
- Proven expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
- Strong proficiency in front-end (HTML5, CSS3, React) and back-end technologies (Python, PHP)
- Experience with CRM integration and API development (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and data analytics tools
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
