Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack components of the SIMRS platform using modern frameworks and best practices
- Collaborate with healthcare domain experts to translate clinical requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance, security, and scalability for high-volume healthcare data processing
- Implement responsive UI/UX designs for clinical staff and administrative interfaces
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support modular system architecture
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and documentation of healthcare applications
- Stay current with healthcare IT standards and regulatory compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience with Java/JavaScript frameworks
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Spring Boot)
- Experience with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and healthcare data models
- Knowledge of hospital information systems (HIS) or electronic health records (EHR) preferred
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to healthcare-specific data security requirements
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with medical professionals
