- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, including greeting, registration, and assistance throughout their visit
- Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate scheduling records
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and basic clinical procedures
- Maintain and organize medical records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phones, handling correspondence, and processing insurance information
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in healthcare support, medical assisting, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact effectively with diverse patient populations
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Initiative to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Proficiency in computer applications and medical software
- Prior experience in a healthcare or medical setting preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple responsibilities
