Tanggung Jawab
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures, including check-ups, restorative, and surgical treatments.
- Prepare the treatment room by cleaning, disinfecting, and setting up necessary instruments and materials.
- Maintain high standards of infection control and clinical hygiene at all times.
- Manage patient records, including updating dental charts and digital imaging files.
- Provide chair-side support to dentists, including suctioning, handing instruments, and mixing materials.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-operative care instructions to ensure optimal recovery.
- Manage inventory levels and restock clinical supplies as needed.
- Handle patient inquiries and ensure a smooth front-to-back clinic flow.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant certification in Dental Assisting or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric, empathetic approach.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-traffic clinic environment.
- Proficiency in dental software and basic computer skills.
- Strong commitment to clinical hygiene standards and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with a diverse patient base.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary dental team.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
