Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of IUIGA's product range to provide helpful recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Efficiently process sales transactions using the POS system with high accuracy.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Handle customer feedback or concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- A proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.
- Passionate about design, quality home goods, and customer advocacy.
