Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms organized, clean, and well-stocked with merchandise.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and stock replenishment.
- Communicate customer feedback and product inquiries to store management effectively.
- Support team initiatives and store operations to achieve overall sales goals.
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for fashion and lifestyle products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn new processes.
