Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business
- Meet/exceed individual sales targets through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Manage inventory including stock replenishment, display maintenance, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Monitor sales floor conditions and ensure cleanliness/organization standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective store objectives
- Report sales performance and inventory insights to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent vocational certification
- 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with approachable demeanor
- Basic mathematical aptitude for sales calculations and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and basic office software
- Positive attitude with ability to thrive in target-driven environments
- Physical stamina for standing during shifts and handling merchandise
