As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will act as a brand ambassador, introducing customers to our premium temperature-retention bottles and lifestyle drinkware. You will play a vital role in building community connections, achieving store sales targets, and maintaining an exceptionally curated shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and engage customers warmly, sharing the Montigo brand story and product advantages.
- Proactively assist customers in finding products that suit their personal lifestyle and hydration needs.
- Strive to meet and exceed daily and monthly retail sales targets through active product upselling.
- Perform point-of-sale (POS) cashiering operations, processing payments accurately and managing daily sales reports.
- Maintain excellent store visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are well-stocked, clean, and beautifully displayed.
- Manage stock inventory, including receiving new shipments, organizing backroom storage, and reporting low stock levels.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor product issues professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate, SPM, or equivalent; prior retail sales or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Conversational proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (the ability to speak Mandarin is a strong advantage).
- Energetic, self-motivated, and possesses a genuinely friendly and approachable personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness and flexibility to work retail shift hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Basic math proficiency for precise cash handling and stock-taking activities.
