Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Actively engage customers to understand their needs and successfully close sales, meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain an attractive and tidy sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and shelves are fully stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions for the Montigo brand.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and organizing storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including store opening and closing protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or a customer service-oriented role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- A genuine passion for sales and a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Experience with lifestyle or consumer products is a plus, but not required.
