Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and professional service to all customers visiting the Montigo retail store.
- Expertly demonstrate product features and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store floor that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and performing stock counts.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support with empathy and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- A customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of retail math and familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude at all times.
