As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store visual standards, and building strong customer relationships. You will gain hands-on experience in inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales techniques. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and approachable demeanour, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets by actively recommending products and promoting ongoing promotions
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by keeping the store tidy, organised, and visually appealing
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and process payments via card, cash, or e-wallet
- Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory management to ensure adequate product availability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert styling advice
- Participate in promotional events and contribute to a collaborative and motivating team environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
- Passion for fashion and an eye for trends and styling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
