Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs assessment
- Drive sales achievement by actively engaging customers and demonstrating product features/benefits
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure appealing product displays
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to company policies while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay updated on offerings
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic numeracy and cash handling abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
