Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on products.
- Drive sales by actively promoting in-store promotions and loyalty programs.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and presented according to visual merchandising standards.
- Handle cash registers, process transactions accurately, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, fashion trends, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM/STPM holders are preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong passion for retail are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy for point-of-sale (POS) operations.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
