Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, sizing, and recommendations.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle inventory management, including receiving stock and performing stock counts.
- Support daily store operations and promotional campaign setups.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; full training is provided.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- A strong passion for fashion, beauty, or consumer retail products.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly self-motivated.
- Basic proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin is an added advantage.
