Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and offering expert styling advice to all customers.
- Maximize sales opportunities through product knowledge, upselling, and promoting H&M membership and loyalty programs.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with H&M's global guidelines.
- Handle cash register operations, process transactions, and manage exchanges/returns accurately.
- Support stockroom operations including replenishment, deliveries, and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and loss prevention protocols are followed.
Kualifikasi
- Passionate about fashion, retail, and delivering great customer service.
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and late shifts.
- Strong team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay) is a strong plus.
