Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver excellent customer service by actively engaging with customers on the sales floor.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, styling advice, and size availability to drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain store standards by performing regular restocking, folding, and garment merchandising.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle fitting room operations, including garment management and customer assistance.
- Support various operational tasks such as inventory management and shipment processing.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Flexible work availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- A genuine passion for H&M brand and current fashion trends.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency in English.
