Tanggung Jawab
- Provide world-class customer service by actively engaging with shoppers and offering personalized fashion advice.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, including garment folding, hanging, and replenishment to keep the floor looking pristine.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately at the point-of-sale system.
- Handle incoming shipments and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to H&M visual guidelines.
- Manage fitting room operations to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for customers.
- Support store security and loss prevention efforts to ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and visual merchandising goals.
