Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers professionally to ensure a world-class shopping experience.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to provide styling advice and product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling.
- Maintain floor standards by ensuring products are neatly displayed, tagged, and replenished.
- Efficiently handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and manage various payment methods.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries, inventory counts, and organizing the storeroom.
- Collaborate with team members to execute seasonal promotions and visual merchandising updates.
- Uphold the brand image through professional grooming and adherence to company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage).
- A friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Willingness to work on a shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the retail industry.
- Basic computer literacy to operate sales and inventory systems.
