- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising shoppers to enhance their experience.
- Maintain high store standards through effective garment care, folding, and visual merchandising.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash point.
- Handle incoming stock, including tagging, steaming, and replenishment on the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Assist in sales floor moves and re-merchandising to keep the store fresh and exciting.
- Support your colleagues to meet store sales goals and operational KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Strong passion for fashion and a good understanding of current trends.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
