Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting them with product inquiries.
- Maintain the sales floor to ensure merchandise is neatly displayed and replenished according to H&M standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Support the team with shipment processing, stock management, and inventory organization.
- Ensure fitting rooms are clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and store promotions to provide knowledgeable styling advice.
- Support loss prevention initiatives by maintaining store awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay.
- A genuine interest in fashion and styling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Energetic, positive attitude with a strong focus on team collaboration.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.
