Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers by understanding their needs and offering product recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and housekeeping.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving stock, replenishing shelves, and conducting stock counts.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle various payment methods.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal events to drive store sales.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies regarding workplace safety and store operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the retail sector.
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
