Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and offering personalized style advice.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to keep the store floor clean, organized, and trend-focused.
- Efficiently process transactions and handle payments at the POS terminal.
- Replenish stock levels on the sales floor and assist with receiving new seasonal deliveries.
- Support fitting room operations to ensure a seamless and positive trial experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for fashion and up-to-date knowledge of current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including working on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.

- Basic computer literacy for POS operation and stock management systems.
