Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and assisting them with their fashion needs.
- Maintain high store visual standards through consistent folding, hanging, and replenishment of garments.
- Efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for fast and accurate checkout transactions.
- Manage fitting room operations to ensure a smooth and organized customer experience.
- Support store opening and closing procedures as required by store management.
- Actively participate in merchandising activities, including garment displays and promotional setups.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required; a passion for H&M is a must!
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of fashion trends and an eye for style.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
