We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and vibrant Full Time Sales Assistants to join our high-performing teams in Sunway Pyramid, KLCC, and Berjaya Times Square.
As a Smiggle Sales Assistant, you are more than just a retail employee; you are a 'Smiggle Ambassador.' You will be the face of our brand, creating a fun, interactive, and memorable shopping experience for our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively engaging with customers and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising to ensure the shop floor is always 'Smiggle-ready.'
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and handle various payment methods.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries, replenishment, and conducting stock takes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for both customers and staff.
- Achieve individual and store-wide sales targets by promoting our latest collections and loyalty programs.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to explain the unique features of our stationery ranges.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Passionate about the Smiggle brand and our creative product range.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
- Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and well-groomed.
