- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and size assistance
- Drive sales achievement by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary products

- Process transactions efficiently while ensuring accurate inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Support stockroom operations including receiving, replenishment, and loss prevention

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail or luxury fashion sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Strong interest in fashion trends and premium retail aesthetics
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a team environment
- Fluency in English with additional language skills a plus
