Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations, assistance with inquiries, and prompt problem resolution
- Operate POS systems efficiently, accurately process payments, and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Manage inventory control through systematic stock replenishment, rotation, and price verification
- Ensure store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and verifying supplier deliveries against purchase orders
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols, hygiene standards, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with strong numerical literacy
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Physical stamina for extended standing and movement during shifts
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in a busy environment
