This competitive package includes a basic salary ($2,000-$2,300) plus performance-based commission, grooming allowance, Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), and Variable Bonus (VB). Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized skincare consultations and product demonstrations
- Exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling beauty products

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year retail/beauty industry experience preferred
- Strong product knowledge in skincare and cosmetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/public holidays
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems
- Professional presentation and grooming standards
