Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of 4-5 programmers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fullstack development
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP)
- Experience with database management (SQL and NoSQL databases)
- Previous experience leading and managing development teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
