We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fullstack Engineer specializing in Java Springboot and React.js to join our dynamic development team at Abishar Technologies Indonesia. As a key member of our agile squad based in Tangerang, Banten, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that serve our growing client base across Indonesia. In this critical role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge front-end interfaces and robust back-end services. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow engineers to define, design, and ship new features. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop robust, high-performance web applications using Java Springboot for backend services and React.js for frontend interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional features.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development stack.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Springboot, and Hibernate/JPA for building enterprise-level backend applications.
- Solid experience with React.js, including hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), and modern component lifecycle patterns.
- Excellent understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL), including database design, normalization, and query optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git), agile/scrum methodologies, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
