- Analyze and document business requirements for accounting and financial systems.
- Design and implement system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and coordinate system rollouts.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for financial applications.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and security within financial systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting technology.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst in an accounting environment.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or relevant IT certifications) are a plus.
