We are looking for a skilled Functional Application Consultant to join IFCA. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment and utilization of our applications. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality training, leading implementation projects, and providing robust support to ensure the application ecosystem runs smoothly.
As a Functional Application Consultant, you will serve as the bridge between technical functionality and business requirements. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, guide end-users through the learning process, and optimize the application for maximum efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure they are proficient with IFCA applications.
- Lead the implementation process, ensuring that system configurations meet business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to resolve user issues and improve system performance.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend functional enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align application capabilities with organizational strategies.
- Document system workflows, user manuals, and training materials to support knowledge transfer.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Functional Application Consultant role, with a strong understanding of banking or finance systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor diverse user groups effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to system optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
