Join Mitra Integrasi Informatika as a Functional Consultant Analyst and play a pivotal role in optimizing our software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing assigned software applications, identifying gaps, and providing effective solutions that drive business efficiency. Working under the guidance of senior leadership, you will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements, ensuring that our software implementation meets organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, and deliver training to end-users. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze software applications and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to define functional requirements and solution strategies.
- Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and software capabilities.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of software solutions to meet client needs.
- Provide guidance and training to end-users on system features and best practices.
- Document technical and functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
- Support the testing and quality assurance (QA) phases to ensure solution accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and implementation methodologies.
- Ability to work independently with guidance from senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
