Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily fund accounting operations including NAV calculations and financial reporting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for private equity and public market funds
- Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and clients to ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Perform reconciliations of fund accounts, investments, and cash positions
- Support fund launches, redemptions, and corporate actions
- Assist in regulatory reporting and tax compliance documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of fund accounting experience, preferably in private equity/public markets
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., InvestOne, Advantage) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and fund industry regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
