Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations for private equity funds including NAV calculations, financial reporting, and investor communications
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (PFRS, IFRS) and regulatory requirements
- Manage fund administration processes including capital calls, distributions, and expense reimbursements
- Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external service providers to resolve complex accounting issues
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting, private equity, or alternative investments
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational management within financial services
- Deep understanding of PFRS/IFRS and fund regulatory landscape in the Philippines
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
