Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the fund services team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of NAV calculations and financial reporting
- Supervise and mentor team members to enhance performance, productivity, and professional development
- Implement and optimize operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce processing errors
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve complex inquiries and service requests
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of fund accounting activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare detailed financial reports and performance metrics for senior management and client stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance service delivery and expand Citco's fund service capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fund accounting or financial services supervision
- Strong knowledge of fund operations, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and regulatory frameworks
- Proven leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or ACCA) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
